Obama reportedly holds secret meeting with Hollywood players

President Obama met Tuesday with some of Hollywood’s power players, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Included in the undisclosed meeting Harvey Weinstein, ICM president Chris Silbermann, “Modern Family” creator Steve Levitan, Atlantic Records chairman Craig Kallman and others, the entertainment newspaper reported.

The half-hour meeting was reportedly not a fundraiser, but a casual affair with “influencers” who could help the president’s reelection campaign.

{mosads}Weinstein is among one of Obama’s top campaign bundlers, raising more than $500,000, but none of the other attendees noted by The Hollywood Reporter appear on the campaign’s list of big money fundraisers.

Obama attended a fundraising event in Los Angles on Monday evening at the home of actors Antonio Banderas and Melanie Griffith.

He acknowledged that his reelection effort “will not be as sexy as the first one” at the star-studded event.

Obama also taped an interview for “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” before leaving Los Angeles.
