Trump resumes attack on ‘lightweight’ Megyn Kelly
GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump on Tuesday reignited a feud with Fox News’s Megyn Kelly, labeling the host a “lightweight” who is “highly overrated.”
Do you ever notice that lightweight @megynkelly constantly goes after me but when I hit back it is totally sexist. She is highly overrated!

I think @megynkelly should take another eleven day “unscheduled” vacation.

{mosads}Last month, Fox News Chairman and CEO Roger Ailes said “the air has been cleared” with Trump following a phone call, later issuing a statement supporting Kelly when the feud flared up. Fox also said that Kelly’s vacation following the first GOP debate last month was pre-scheduled and unrelated to controversy with Trump.
Trump’s latest comments come after the second GOP debate last week and an apparent uptick in attention for some rival candidates.
His remarks Tuesday also came after the businessman went off on Fox News on Monday evening, sharing a slew of messages on Twitter targeting another host, Bill O’Reilly.
.@oreillyfactor was very negative to me in refusing to to post the great polls that came out today including NBC. @FoxNews not good for me!

.@oreillyfactor, why don’t you have some knowledgeable talking heads on your show for a change instead of the same old Trump haters. Boring!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) September 22, 2015
I am having a really hard time watching @FoxNews.

Fox host Greta Van Susteren took to her blog following those tweets, telling Trump, “Give it a rest!”
Trump was scheduled to appear on O’Reilly’s show, “The O’Reilly Factor,” on Thursday evening, but tweeted Wednesday that he had been treated “very unfairly” and wouldn’t appear on the network “for the foreseeable future.”
