Donald Trump is vowing to release his medical records after questions from the media about why the files have not been made public.

The billionaire businessman tweeted on Thursday morning that he has commissioned his doctor to issue a report on his health.

Trump would be 70 at his inauguration, if elected, making him the oldest person to take the office. Ronald Reagan was 69 when first elected.

In a follow-up tweet, Trump dismissed concerns that he is physically unfit to serve as commander in chief.

The GOP front-runner regularly raises questions about the health and “stamina” of Democratic primary candidate Hillary Clinton, who is 16 months younger than Trump and would be 69 if elected president.

But the former first lady’s doctors have issued her a clean bill of health.

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, two other GOP hopefuls, have also released their medical records to the public, each showing no serious problems.
