Trump defends remark about his manhood
Donald Trump on Saturday night defended his off-color remark about his manhood, calling rival Marco Rubio a liar.
“I didn’t bring it up, somebody else said, ‘Donald Trump has small hands,’” the presidential hopeful said at a press conference in West Palm Beach, Fla.
{mosads}“The day after, I’m shaking hands with people, and everybody’s saying ‘wow you have strong hands, you have very big hands.’”
“What happened is Marco made it up because he’s a politician and politicians lie and they say bad things,” Trump said.
The real estate tycoon’s defense comes after the GOP front-runner responded to Rubio’s barb about his “small hands” at Thursday’s GOP debate.
“He referred to my hands — if they are small, something else must be small. I guarantee you, there’s no problem,” Trump said, eliciting groans from the audience.
Trump delivered his speech after he won the Louisiana primary and Kentucky caucuses, splitting the Super Saturday contests with Cruz, who won Kansas and Maine caucuses.
But the real estate mogul won by much smaller margins than his previous blowout wins.
