As Mexico seethes at Donald Trump, a piñata of the 2016 White House candidate is becoming a smash hit, according to reports.

Artist Dalton Avalos Ramirez created the papier-mâché caricature in response to his country’s anger toward the billionaire celebrity, The Associated Press reports.

“People want to burn the piñatas, they want to break them,” he told the AP from his hometown of Reynosa, Mexico.

{mosads}Ramirez added that he made the effigy “because of the hatred Trump expressed for the Mexican people.”

Trump sparked outrage by criticizing Hispanic immigrants during his formal campaign launch June 16.

“They’re sending people who have a lot of problems,” he said of illegal immigrants from Mexico during his announcement speech.

“They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people,” he added in remarks at Trump Tower in New York City.

Ramirez’s protest piñata is a resounding hit with Mexicans outraged by Trump’s comments.

He said it even features the White House hopeful’s trademark comb-over hairstyle.

Another version is adorned with a “Miss Stupid” sash and a crown, to taunt Trump for losing media coverage for his Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants over his remarks.

Trump is a co-producer of the annual beauty competitions, with Miss USA taking place July 12.

Multiple business partners have severed ties with Trump since the gaffe.

Macy’s announced Wednesday it is no longer stocking his Trump’s Signature Collection of business menswear and accessories.

NBCUniversal also terminated its relationship with him Monday evening.

The network will no longer broadcast either the Miss USA or the Miss Universe events.

Univision also bailed on Trump and the pageants in a decision revealed June 25.
