Social media users troll Conway with their own ‘alternative facts’
Social media users on Sunday mocked Kellyanne Conway, a top adviser to President Trump, for saying a White House spokesman used “alternative facts” in his first press briefing on Saturday.
Press secretary Sean Spicer slammed reporters for reporting a lower crowd size at Trump’s inauguration than other recent presidential inaugurations, saying “this was the largest audience to ever witness an inauguration, period.”
Conway said Spicer used “alternative facts” during the briefing.
{mosads}Using the hashtag #AlternativeFacts, Twitter users jumped at the opportunity to post some “alternative facts” themselves.
