Trump holding press conference next week
President-elect Donald Trump indicated Tuesday that he will hold a press conference next week.
The Jan. 11 press conference will be held in New York, Trump wrote on Twitter.
I will be having a general news conference on JANUARY ELEVENTH in N.Y.C. Thank you.

Trump has caught flak for not holding a formal press conference in months to answer questions from reporters. He has opted since the election to largely communicate through social media, as well as a handful of media interviews.
Next week’s news conference will come a little more than a week before Trump is sworn in on Jan. 20 in Washington. He previously postponed plans for a press conference last month to discuss his business.
Hillary Clinton, Trump’s rival in the presidential race, will attend the inauguration with her husband, former President Bill Clinton, aides confirmed Tuesday. Former President George W. Bush will also attend, among others.
