President Trump will be briefed Tuesday on a Democratic rebuttal to a controversial GOP memo alleging political bias at the FBI and Justice Department, according to White House chief of staff John Kelly.

Kelly said Tuesday that Trump has the document but has not yet read it, telling reporters that “it’s pretty lengthy.”

{mosads}”We’ll get some people down to brief him on it,” the top aide told reporters.

The House Intelligence Committee voted unanimously late Monday to release the Democratic memo, and Trump has until Friday to block the release of the still-classified document.

The Democrats’ 10-page memo alleges that the GOP document used incomplete information to make misleading conclusions about the FBI’s application for a surveillance warrant on a former Trump campaign adviser.

Trump has claimed the Republican memo “totally vindicates” him in the special counsel’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and possible collusion between the president’s campaign and Moscow.

The White House has sent mixed signals about when or if Trump will allow the Democratic rebuttal to become public.

Trump advisers have signaled that the president remains open to releasing it. But on Monday, Trump slammed Rep. Adam Schiff (Calif.), the ranking Democrat on the Intelligence panel, who authored the memo.

“Little Adam Schiff, who is desperate to run for higher office, is one of the biggest liars and leakers in Washington,” Trump tweeted Monday, adding that the lawmaker “must be stopped.”
