Trump to interview with Fox’s Ingraham on Thursday
President Trump is slated to sit down with Fox News’s Laura Ingraham on Thursday for an interview on her newly launched prime-time show, the network announced.
Trump is set to discuss tax reform, his upcoming 12-day trip to Asia and Tuesday’s terrorist attack in New York, according to the network.
The interview marks Trump’s 20th appearance on a Fox News or Fox Business program since taking office in January. He has largely avoided doing interviews on other outlets in recent months.

All of the interviews have been conducted with hosts on the commentary side of Fox, such as Sean Hannity, Judge Jeanine Pirro and Fox Business host Lou Dobbs.
Trump last appeared on another major network in May, when he was interviewed by NBC’s Lester Holt after firing then-FBI Director James Comey.
The president has not appeared on CBS since May 1, ABC since January, and CNN and CNBC since August 2016.
White House chief of staff John Kelly appeared on Ingraham’s show earlier this week. During the interview, Kelly said a lack of an ability to compromise led to the Civil War — comments that spurred controversy.
