For Bryan David, employment with the Land Trust Alliance allows him to work on two things he’s passionate about: the environment and policy.

“I grew up in Northern California, camping and backpacking with my dad,” he says. “I was inspired to try and create the same opportunities for other people.” 

Although he likes exploring the areas around D.C. — Rock Creek and Great Falls parks are two of his favorite spots — he has two specific trails on his bucket list.

“I would love to hike the Pacific Crest Trail,” which runs from the Mexican border to the Canadian one, David says. “And I’d also love to go trekking in the Himalayas.”
