Wind farms rushing to beat the clock

The wind industry is rushing to make sure new projects have begun by the end of the year, in order to take advantage of an expiring tax credit.

The wind tax credit has expired before, only to be revived in Congress, and the wind industry is pushing for a permanent fix to be included in any tax overhaul legislation.
