Kevin Jonas spotted in DC
SPOTTED: Kevin Jonas of the Jonas Brothers was spotted Monday night having dinner with two men at Bibiana on New York Avenue.
An ITK spy said he stayed for about three hours and departed around 8:45 p.m. Jonas was dressed in a button-down shirt, tie and sweater vest, the spy added.
