Rep. Tom Cotton has more than just a Senate campaign on his hands — he’s gearing up to become a first-time father.
The Arkansas Republican, who’s locked in a tight race against Sen. Mark Pryor (D-Ark.), announced Thursday that he and his wife, Anna, are expecting a boy in April.
