Lawmakers read aloud the Constitution on the House floor Friday morning.
House Republicans instituted the tradition at the start of every new session of Congress upon taking the majority in 2011.
{mosads}Members of both parties were lined up all the way to the back of the House chamber to read aloud sections of the Constitution.
