Fiorina promises to ‘throw punches’ if she gets on debate stage
Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina on Saturday said she’d be ready to “throw punches” against her political rivals should she get invited the first presidential debate.
She said she “will not be afraid to throw punches all night” during remarks at the Faith & Freedom Coalition in Washington, according to USA Today.

In a recent email, Fiorina wrote that she needs her supporters “help to get on that debate stage,” according to USA Today. “In order to secure an invitation, I need to grow my team of supporters.”
The first Fox News debate in August requires that candidate be polling in the top 10 candidates. Fiorina has seen her numbers raise in the polls, but in a crowded GOP field, she remains in the bottom tier.
