Hillary Clinton is upping her push for equal pay for women, saying that having Harriet Tubman on the $20 bill isn’t enough.

“It’s not just enough to be on the money, you need to be making the money,” Clinton told supporters in Jenkintown, Pa., according to Politico

{mosads}The Treasury Department announced Wednesday it would replace former President Andrew Jackson with the abolitionist on the front of the $20 bill.

Clinton praised the decision Wednesday, calling Tubman “a woman, a leader, and a freedom fighter,” and adding: “I can’t think of a better choice for the $20 bill than Harriet Tubman.”

Clinton has championed equal pay for women throughout her political career.

“The failure to ensure equal pay for women also impacts families and the broader economy,” she said earlier this month at a gender pay gap panel in New York City.

“Of course it devalues the work that women do, from minimum-wage workers to chief executives and even the best athletes in the world.”
