WATCH: Law professor: Clinton and Trump face ‘legal cloud’ if elected

If elected president, both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump would take office facing legal questions, George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley said.

“Anywhere we go we’re going to likely have a president who begins their term under a cloud of either litigation or investigation,” Turley said in an interview with The Hill’s Molly K. Hooper.

The GOP presidential nominee has a court case involving his Trump University and says he wants to sue the women who allege he sexually abused them in years past.

Clinton continues to be mired in questions about her handling of classified material while secretary of State and a reported FBI investigation of her family’s Foundation.

Watch the video above to hear Turley explain both candidates’ legal predicament in his own words.
