A U.K.-based gambling firm says Donald Trump has the same chance of winning the presidency as Great Britain had of leaving the European Union the day of the “Brexit” referendum.

{mosads}The United Kingdom voted to leave the EU in June, stunning political observers who predicted it would remain in the political and economic organization.

Trump has repeatedly invoked the historic referendum while describing his campaign, arguing his grassroots support will deliver a similar shock come Election Day and calling himself “Mr. Brexit.”

“On June 23, [the] people of Britain voted to declare their independence — which is what we’re looking to do also, folks — from their international government, which hasn’t worked,” he said during an Aug. 24 rally in Jackson, Miss.

“To everyone watching across our nation right now, to everyone who has been let down by our terrible, terrible politicians, I am asking you to vote on Nov. 8,” Trump added.

Nigel Farage, a leading advocate for Brexit and the former head of the U.K. Independence Party, has appeared alongside Trump at rallies, saying he would vote for the Republican presidential nominee if he could.

“I wouldn’t vote for Hillary Clinton if you paid me,” Farage said, referring to the Democratic presidential nominee. “In fact, I wouldn’t vote for Hillary Clinton if she paid me.”
