The Hill’s 12:30 Report: Trump plans executive actions for ObamaCare repeal | Obama urges Dems to fight back | Trump sides with Assange over intel officials | Ryan calls out kid for ‘dabbing’ | Group handing out free marijuana at inauguration

BREAKING — GOP SAYS OBAMACARE’S A GONER ON DAY ONE: Via The Hill’s Peter Sullivan, House Republicans are planning to get an ObamaCare repeal bill on President-elect Donald Trump’s desk by Feb. 20, while the administration moves forward with executive actions to start unwinding ObamaCare on day one. Two lawmakers shared the target date after House Republicans met with Vice President-elect Mike Pence on Wednesday. Pence also said Trump plans to take executive actions to start unwinding ObamaCare on day one, but did not get into specifics. http://bit.ly/2iPw6gv

BACK STORY — RARE DAY ON CAPITOL HILL: On one side of Capitol Hill, President Obama made a rare appearance to urge Congressional Democrats to stand fast against any effort to repeal ObamaCare. On another side of the Capitol, Vice President-elect Mike Pence met with Congressional Republicans. Why this is big: Pence and Obama’s dueling meetings set the stage for what might be the biggest political and policy battle on President-elect Donald Trump’s first 100 days in office. http://bit.ly/2hR6nHD

It’s Wednesday, and Capitol Hill is buzzing 16 days away from inauguration. I’m Cate Martel with a quick recap of the morning and what’s coming up. Send comments, story ideas and events for our radar to cmartel@digital-release.thehill.com@CateMartel and on Facebook.

I WILL REMEMBER YOU. WILL YOU REMEMBER ME?: President Obama rallied his party’s troops on Capitol Hill this morning, telling them to fight for ObamaCare. Here are some of the highlights:

Obama’s advice for Dems: Obama responded to a shouted question as he passed a group of reporters: http://bit.ly/2hQHZkL (Video from The Hill’s Jordan Fabian)

Retirement, man: “Obama tells Democratic lawmakers he envies them because they are still on the field to carry on the fight, per source in room” (From Politico’s Seung Min Kim) http://bit.ly/2hSZpAx

The vibe: “Rep. Slaughter says Obama gave a ‘nostalgic’ speech on how hard Dems worked to pass ACA. ‘We’re going to fight very hard to save it,’ she says.” (From The Hill’s Jordan Fabian) http://bit.ly/2j4VdLA

TALK OF THE MORNING — PRESIDENT VS. U.S. INTEL IS NOT A BATTLE I WANT TO SEE: Donald Trump is publicly airing his dirty laundry with his own intelligence departments. He tweeted this morning, “Julian Assange said ‘a 14 year old could have hacked Podesta’ — why was DNC so careless? Also said Russians did not give him the info!” Yes, that means the president-elect is taking Julian Assange at his word, but not the U.S. intelligence community. http://bit.ly/2iA5PVN

THIS SHOULD BE AN AWKWARD MEETING FRIDAY: Last night, Trump tweeted: The ‘Intelligence’ briefing on so-called ‘Russian hacking’ was delayed until Friday, perhaps more time needed to build a case. Very strange!” http://bit.ly/2hSJ6U1

YA, BUUUUUUT: Via NBC News, Trump’s “delayed” intelligence meeting was always scheduled for Friday. http://bit.ly/2iavb9S

REACTION: George Little, a former CIA and Department of Defense spokesman, said early Wednesday that he thinks the U.S. will be “less safe” under President-elect Donald Trump once he is sworn into office. http://bit.ly/2hSt3pD

NO TITLE CHANGES FOR NOW: Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) won reelection as Speaker of the House yesterday in a near-unanimous vote. http://bit.ly/2iaDDGb

BREAKING — ONE MORE WALL STREET GUY IN THE ADMINISTRATION: President-elect Donald Trump announced that he’s selected Wall Street lawyer Jay Clayton to helm the Securities and Exchange Commission. His deal: Clayton is a partner at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he works on “public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets offerings and regulatory proceedings.” http://bit.ly/2j9na95

YOU THINK IVANKA AND MICHELLE WILL HAVE WINE NIGHTS?: Via Washingtonian, Ivanka Trump and her family will move to the Kalorama neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Keep in mind: This is less than two blocks away from where the Obamas will reportedly live post-White House (!). Photos: http://bit.ly/2iPuG5z

AWKWARD MOMENTS OF THE DAY:

BUT FLUFFY THE RABBIT IS LIKE A CHILD: Via The San Diego Union-Tribune, Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-Calif.) used $600 in campaign funds on his pet rabbit’s airfare (?!). Reaction: “Hunter’s staff told the Press-Enterprise newspaper that the House Office of Congressional Ethics questioned the pet expenses — offered as an example of over-reach by the agency.” http://bit.ly/2iIjKJK

DUDE, CAN YOU NOT?: As Rep. Roger Marshall (R-Kan.) was taking a photo with Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) and his family after being sworn in Tuesday, Marshall’s son posed in the popular dance move called “dabbing.” Ryan can be heard in the video asking if the young man was all right. “Do you want to put your hand down?” Ryan asks. “Are you going to sneeze?” Poor kid, this is painfully awkward. http://bit.ly/2hR1SNc
