NY-20: Murphy up 56

And here it is, your latest tally up in New York: Democrat Scott Murphy is now up 56 votes on Republican Jim Tedisco after more absentee ballots in two counties Murphy carried on Election Day were reported Tuesday morning by the New York Board of Elections.

Aaron Blake, who is carefully tracking the changes, breaks down where Murphy gained:

Murphy gained nine votes in Columbia County and 22 votes in Warren County, upping his lead from Monday, when it stood at 25 votes.
