President Obama rewarded the North Carolina Tar Heels, who he picked to win the NCAA basketball tournament, with a phone call to the team’s coach Tuesday night.
Obama phoned UNC Coach Roy Williams while flying back from Europe, congratulating the team on its win over the Michigan State Spartans on Monday.
