Celebrity chef José Andrés on Wednesday trolled President Trump, saying he made the right decision to pull out of Trump’s hotel.

“Thank you @realDonaldTrump for showing me everyday that we did the right thing pulling out of your hotel…#smartbusinessdecision,” Andrés tweeted.

{mosads}Andrés, a Spanish immigrant who became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2013, has been a staunch critic of Trump in the past. He canceled his planned restaurant in the president’s D.C. hotel after Trump announced his candidacy with a speech that many found racist against Hispanics.

Earlier this year, the Trump Organization settled a legal battle with Andrés after his decision to cancel the planned restaurant.

Andrés’s comments Wednesday come as Trump faces widespread backlash for retweeting a series of videos purporting to show violent acts by Muslims.

The videos were first sent out by the leader of an ultranationalist party in Great Britain who was once convicted in that country of harassing a Muslim.

Trump during his campaign talked about barring Muslims from entering the country.

The president on Wednesday morning also appeared to call for an investigation into a dead staffer found in the the office of former congressman Joe Scarborough, now an MSNBC host, in 2001. His tweet came after NBC’s Matt Lauer was fired after sexual misconduct allegations.

“So now that Matt Lauer is gone when will the Fake News practitioners at NBC be terminating the contract of Phil Griffin?” Trump tweeted.

“And will they terminate low ratings Joe Scarborough based on the ‘unsolved mystery’ that took place in Florida years ago? Investigate!”

Earlier this week, Andrés offered a free drink at any of his Washington, D.C. restaurants to employees at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau amid a dispute over who was in charge of the agency.
