Trump calls Kim Jong Un a ‘sick puppy’ after missile launch
President Trump went after North Korean leader Kim Jong Un during a speech on tax reform Wednesday, calling him a “sick puppy” a day after Pyongyang’s latest missile launch.
“We have tremendous support for this tax plan because these massive tax cuts will be rocket fuel … Little Rocket Man,” Trump said, interrupting himself to use his nickname for the North Korean leader, “… rocket fuel for the American economy.”
“He’s a sick puppy,” Trump added.

Trump’s comments came after North Korea on Tuesday launched what it called its “most powerful” intercontinental ballistic missile, a new type of missile that flew higher than any of its previous launches at roughly 2,800 miles.
The test was North Korea’s first since September, when Trump began calling Kim “Rocket Man.”
Trump used the nickname in his address to the United Nations General Assembly in September, mocking the North Korean leader for his continued nuclear and missile ambitions.
During the U.N. speech in New York, Trump also said that the U.S. would “totally destroy” North Korea if it continued to threaten America or its allies.
