First lady Melania Trump wished followers on Twitter a Merry Christmas on Monday, posting a selfie with a holiday-themed filter complete with reindeer and a Santa hat.

The selfie comes as the first lady celebrates Christmas with President Trump at Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Fla.

Melania Trump has played a major role in the Trump White House’s first Christmas, unveiling the official decorations late last month.
The first lady, who moved to Washington roughly six months after her husband assumed office, enjoys popularity among the American people.
Fifty-four percent of respondents said in a poll earlier this month they held favorable views of the first lady, compared to the 41 percent who view the president favorably.
