Kamala Harris doesn’t like Trump’s list for Kennedy replacements

California Sen. Kamala Harris, a rising star of the Democratic Party, made clear Wednesday she is itching for a fight over President Trump’s next Supreme Court nominee – at least if it comes from the list of nominees already being floated. 

Harris, a first term senator who serves on the Senate Judiciary Committee that will vet the next nominee, said she harbors “real concerns” about Trump’s ability to pick a jurist who will meet her qualifications.

“I’m very concerned about the list that the president has put out, and I see great problems with the vast majority of the folks on that list,” she told Hill.TV.
