Trebek spoke about his diagnosis on Wednesday in a video that was widely shared.
{mosads}“Just like 50,000 other people in the United States each year, this week I was diagnosed with stage IV pancreatic cancer,” Trebek said. “Now normally the prognosis for this is not very encouraging, but I’m going to fight this.”
The CIA has increasingly been tweeting about popular culture. Last month, the agency tweeted about the movie “Black Panther” and “Wakandan technology” during the Oscars.
