It’s Monday. Welcome back, party people! How was your Star Wars/Cinco de Mayo weekend? Here’s what’s kicking off our week:

• Former President Trump violated his gag order for the 10th time. The judge warned him that more violations could land him in jail.
• Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) are meeting one-on-one today. Greene may force his ouster vote after that.
• Netflix aired a three-hour live roast of Tom Brady last night. Parts of it were very funny and other parts were uncomfy. Keep reading for highlights.

This “My Cousin Vinny” scene makes me laugh every time.

The judge in former President Trump’s hush money trial determined this morning that he violated his gag order for the 10th time, ordering Trump to pay a $1,000 fine for attacking jurors.

Judge Juan Merchan warned Trump that any additional violations could lead to jail time.

Why this was kind of a win for Trump: Prosecutors accused Trump of violating the gag order four more times. The judge ruled that he violated it once but dismissed the other three examples.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s (R-Ga.) feud with Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) will come to a head this week when she is set to force a vote to oust him. The stunt is sure to make headlines, but it is almost certain to fail.

What’s happening today?: Fox News’s Aishah Hasnie reports that Greene could force the vote this evening. But first: Johnson and Greene are meeting one-on-one this afternoon.

How the vote is expected to go: Only two House Republicans — Reps. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) and Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) — are backing Greene’s effort. Many conservative Republicans say they oppose the effort. Plus, House Democratic leaders have said they will vote to bail out Johnson.

What’s their beef with Johnson?: The trio of House Republicans are angry with Johnson’s track record of cutting deals with Democrats. “‘Cause baby, now we got bad blood.”

FAA: The Senate is working on a bill to reauthorize the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The deadline is Friday, but a short-term extension may be necessary depending on how this week’s negotiations go. Senators have been trying to add a lot of unrelated priorities to the bill, which has slowed down the process.

Biden visits the Capitol: President Biden will be on Capitol Hill on Tuesday for a Holocaust remembrance event. Biden and Johnson are expected to speak.

Should the census ask people about their citizenship status?: The House is voting this week to decide that.

Columbia University canceled its main graduation ceremony following weeks of pro-Palestinian protests.

Instead: The university will hold smaller, school-level graduation ceremonies.

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem (R) described in her upcoming book that she killed her family’s 14-month-old dog, Cricket, about 20 years ago. She has received *a lot* of criticism for this.

Well, in a Sunday interview with CBS’s “Face the Nation,” she took this one step further, suggesting that President Biden’s dog Commander should also have been shot. (The Hill)
