Cities across the US experienced the economic fallout of COVID-19. While the pandemic exposed many weaknesses in our economy, it also uncovered new strengths. Many Americans started microbusinesses, online businesses with fewer than 10-employees, and found a new avenue to economic mobility. As cities look to re-build in a more inclusive and resilient matter, what role can microbusinesses play?
