U.S. gymnast Simone Biles is set to compete in the balance beam final at the Tokyo Olympics after skipping multiple events due to mental health reasons, news outlets reported early Monday.

In a statement, USA Gymnastics confirmed that Biles, along with her teammate Suni Lee, will compete on Tuesday.

“We are so excited to confirm that you will see two U.S. athletes in the balance beam final tomorrow  Suni Lee AND Simone Biles!! Can’t wait to watch you both!” the organization said in a statement.

Biles, 24, withdrew from previous team and individual events in the past week to focus on her mental health, The Washington Post reported.

The six-time Olympic gold medalist explained to the media that she was dealing with the “twisties,” a term used in the gymnastics community when a competitor can’t tell where their body should spin or move, according to The Associated Press.

Lee won gold in the women’s all-around competition last week.

Her teammates, Jade Carey and MyKayla Skinner, also won gold and silver medals, respectively, in their individual competitions on Monday, the AP noted.

Team USA is currently leading the medal count with 61, according to the news service.
