Nicole Collier joined Procter & Gamble as vice president of federal government relations. Collier most recently led lobbying efforts at Nestlé and previously was a principal at the Podesta Group.

Forbes Tate Partners hired Kevin McGrann as a senior vice president. McGrann most recently was assistant vice president for federal relations at AT&T and previously served as executive director for former Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio).

Kate Lynch joined the Klein/Johnson Group as a principal. Lynch most recently was director of government affairs for the Federal Performance Contracting Coalition and previously served as legislative assistant to Rep. John Larson (D-Conn.).

Software company SAP hired Emily Coyle as senior director of U.S. government affairs and head of U.S. cybersecurity and privacy policy. Coyle was previously a director at Ernst & Young and served as legislative director for Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.).

Caroline Decker joined WSP USA as vice president of federal affairs. Decker most recently served as Amtrak vice president for the Northeast Corridor Service Line.

Kyle Victor joined VMware as senior director and head of U.S. government relations. Victor most recently served as chief of staff to Rep. Doris Matsui (D-Calif.).

Erica Elliott Richardson joined the Investment Company Institute as chief public communications officer. Richardson most recently was managing director at FTI Consulting and previously served as a senior adviser at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
