“Hey, Usher! F— you, b—-!!!” one of the men can be heard saying.

The Las Vegas Police Department told the Las Vegas Sun that Derulo “committed a battery against two individuals.” However, no injuries were reported and the two men didn’t press charges.

Derulo wasn’t arrested, despite the footage of him being cuffed, but rather removed from the resort’s property.

Derulo hasn’t commented on the alleged altercation at this time.
