H.E.R., Becky G, Stephen Curry, Jennifer Lopez, and Bretman Rock will join Obama and her existing co-chairs — Selena Gomez, Tom Hanks, Liza Koshy, Janelle Monáe, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Chris Paul, Megan Rapinoe, Shonda Rhimes, Kerry Washington, and Rita Wilson — in encouraging citizens to register to vote.

Obama launched the program in 2018 “to change the culture around voting and increase participation in every election.”
“Are you ready for the midterm elections?” Obama said in the announcement video.
According to a press release, in 2020, texts from When We All Vote received responses at a rate four times higher than common voter registration texts, and participants were ten times more likely to register to vote.
