Ines Kagubare is a reporter covering cybersecurity for The Hill, focusing on cyber policy, cyberwarfare and nation-state threat actors. She also co-authors The Hill’s Technology newsletter. Prior to joining The Hill, she was a senior news reporter at Global Investigations Review where she covered foreign bribery, money laundering and U.S. sanctions. Ines received her bachelor’s degree in journalism with a focus in investigating reporting at the University of Missouri.
