I cover breaking news for The Hill, writing dozens of stories a week on topics related to Washington, Congress, the courts and politics. I also cover national and international news stories. I grew up in Larchmont, New York and have always been interested in politics and journalism. I studied political science and journalistic writing as an undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania, where I became the top editor of the college newspaper, The Daily Pennsylvanian. Before joining The Hill, I worked at CNN, first as an intern with the congressional team, and then as a news associate and a desk assistant. Throughout that period, I spent significant time covering Capitol Hill, including the events of Jan. 6, 2021. I am a recipient of the 2024 Paul Miller Washington Reporting Fellowship.
