Bernie backers Ben & Jerry: ‘Get to the f—ing polls!’
"I'm Ben. And, I'm Jerry. I'm a person. And I'm a person. Ben & Jerry's, not a person.
Go out and vote today!"https://t.co/MiAk1KFWuK

The Vermont-based ice cream moguls behind Ben & Jerry’s are urging New Hampshire voters to get out to the polls Tuesday and vote for Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders.
In a video tweeted out by the Vermont senator, co-founders Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield hold up a sign that says “Bernie” and tell people to get everyone out to vote.
{mosads}”It’s getting down to the wire. Bernie can win it,” Cohen says.
“Make sure you get to the polls. Get everybody to the polls,” Greenfield adds. “We are going to do it for Bernie.”
“It doesn’t matter if it’s snowing or raining or sleeting, get to the fucking polls,” Cohen says.
Cohen, who has been stumping for Sanders in Iowa and New Hampshire, personally released an ice cream flavor last month called “Bernie’s Yearning” to celebrate the senator’s candidacy. The Ben & Jerry’s company was not connected to the release.
In Iowa, Cohen encouraged people to vote for the senator in the caucuses earlier this month by saying he’d reward Iowans with free pints if Sanders was the winner. Sanders lost the Iowa caucuses to rival Hillary Clinton by a fraction of a percentage point.
