GOP presidential candidate John Kasich seemed to have a musical gaffe at a town hall event in the New York City borough of Queens.
“I love that song by Rihanna — I wish they played it all the time. I mean, I love New York,” Kasich said on MSNBC Wednesday.
Kasich was likely thinking of Jay-Z and Alicia Keys’s “Empire State of Mind.”
Kasich previously said on CNN that he likes Linkin Park and Fall Out Boy.
