‘Morning Joe’ hosts: Trump fears women

The hosts of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” hit back against President Trump on Friday morning, calling him “unhinged” and “unfit” for the office.

The morning after Trump attacked Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski as unintelligent and crazy, the co-hosts cut into their vacation to respond on the air.

“I’m fine. My family brought me up really tough; this is absolutely nothing,” Brzezinski said.

“We’re OK. The country’s not,” Scarborough agreed.

Panelists on the show appeared united in their concern over Trump’s mental health.

{mosads}Brzezinski and Scarborough penned a Friday op-ed for The Washington Post titled “Donald Trump is not well.”

“I am very concerned as to what this, once again, reveals about the president of the United States,” Brzezinski said on the show. “It’s strange.”

Scarborough, a former GOP congressman, said “for some reason” Trump “takes things so much more personally with women” the day after Trump accused Brzezinski of showing up at Mar-a-Lago bleeding from a face-lift.

“He’s so much more vicious with women,” Scarborough said, adding, “he attacks women because he fears women.”

He said sources inside the White House tell him “they’re getting more concerned” about the “emotional state” of the president.

“I think we have a much bigger problem on our hands,” Brzezinski concurred.
