Asked whether her opposition to the immigration policy set forth by Gingrich means she wanted 11 million illegal immigrants deported, Bachmann emphasized the importance of border security, but said those in the country illegally must fall under the purview of the “very good laws” the United States already has on the books.
“If that means deportation, we need to have deportation,” she said.
