NRCC uses IRS to attack Dems on healthcare
The billboards seek to capitalize on the ongoing scandal over the IRS’s targeting of conservative groups and criticize Democrats for giving the IRS a major role in ObamaCare. Republicans say a big part of their planned ObamaCare attacks heading into the next election will focus on the role the unpopular IRS has in the law’s impending implementation.
{mosads}The targets: Reps. Ron Barber (D-Ariz.), Ann Kirkpatrick (D-Ariz.), John Barrow (D-Ga.) and Collin Peterson (D-Minn.). Barrow voted against ObamaCare when it was passed into law, while Barber wasn’t in Congress at the time.
