The billboards seek to capitalize on the ongoing scandal over the IRS’s targeting of conservative groups and criticize Democrats for giving the IRS a major role in ObamaCare. Republicans say a big part of their planned ObamaCare attacks heading into the next election will focus on the role the unpopular IRS has in the law’s impending implementation.
