Incumbent Rep. Collin Peterson (D-Minn.) won reelection Tuesday in Minnesota’s 7th Congressional District against Republican Torrey Westrom, according to The Associated Press.
{mosads}Peterson beat Westrom, a state senator who is legally blind, 55 to 45 percent.
Peterson was first elected to the House in 1990 and serves as the top Democrat on the House Agriculture Committee.
