Poll finds Obama with small lead over Romney in Florida

Fifty-one percent said they have a favorable view of Obama while 46 percent said they have an unfavorable view. For Romney 45 percent said they have a favorable view while 47 percent said they have an unfavorable view.

The Suffolk University/WSVN-TV Miami poll also surveyed who voters think will win the 2012 presidential election. By a wide margin, those surveyed said Obama. Sixty-two percent said Obama would likely win reelection in November while 29 percent said Romney would be elected president. Nine percent said they did not know and 1 percent refused to answer the question.

The poll surveyed 600 registered voters from Sept. 27 to Sept. 30. The margin of error for the poll was plus or minus 4 percentage points.
