Rapper’s advice to Jeb: ‘Be a player; don’t play yourself’

Hip hop star DJ Khaled is offering Jeb Bush several “keys to success” in order to turn around the former Florida governor’s flagging Republican presidential campaign.

{mosads}In a video shown on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” Khaled, who has built up a massive following on Snapchat with daily inspirational video messages, advised Bush to “be a player; don’t play yourself.”

“And don’t play basketball. That’s not your sport, Jeb Bush,” Khaled said.

The “All I Do Is Win” rapper also advised Bush to water his plants and eat a healthy breakfast.

“Shit got real for you, Jeb Bush,” he said. “They don’t want you to win. They don’t want you to have breakfast.”

“A healthy breakfast of fruit, green apple. That’s the key: apple. The key is to believe in yourself. The key is sneakers,” he added.

“You gotta water your plants, Jeb Bush. Nobody can water them for you. Don’t let they water them for you. You water them for you.”

Kimmel predicted the advice would translate to a surge in the polls.

“I could easily see Jeb gaining 7 or 8 percent in the polls from that,” the late-night comedian said.
