Sanders wins Nebraska caucuses

White House hopeful Bernie Sanders has been projected to win the Nebraska caucuses, according to news outlets.

{mosads}With 75 percent of the vote in, the Nebraska Democratic Party reported that Sanders held 54 percent of the vote.

While there are only 25 pledged delegates up for grabs in the state, it adds an important win to Sanders’s victory column as he seeks to regain momentum in his fight against Hillary Clinton.

Sanders won Kansas earlier in the night, and Democratic contests are also being held Saturday in Louisiana.
