Clinton highlights tweets by Romney, Cruz bashing Trump University
Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign is drawing attention to prominent Republicans’ criticisms of Trump University, Donald Trump’s controversial for-profit education company.
{mosads}Clinton and her top aides have in recent days retweeted tweets by 2012 GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney and Sens. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and Ted Cruz (R-Texas), who dropped their own failed bids earlier this year, slamming Trump University as deceptive.
The move comes one day after a federal court released hundreds of documents detailing Trump University’s strategy in a case alleging fraud.
Clinton’s official account retweeted a March tweet by Romney reading: “Here’s what I know. Donald Trump is a phony, a fraud. His promises are as worthless as a degree from Trump University.”

The gist: Trump’s for-profit university deceived & exploited students to take their money.
And he has the gall to call the media “sleazy.”
