The Hillary Clinton campaign has officially begun organizing its transition team, The Associated Press reports.
{mosads}The Democratic presidential nominee tapped campaign chairman John Podesta as president of the effort and long-time aide Minyon Moore as secretary, according to the AP.
Clinton also formed a new nonprofit, the Clinton-Kaine Transition Fund. Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine is her running mate.
Most of the team’s efforts will focus on creating lists of possible administration appointees and developing a roadmap for her policy agenda.
Both the Clinton campaign and GOP rival Donald Trump’s campaign became eligible after the nominating conventions to receive intelligence briefings for transition planning.
