Hannity feuds with National Review editor on Twitter
Sean Hannity took to Twitter to blast the National Review’s editor following a column about Julian Assange that Rich Lowry wrote in Politico Magazine this week.
Rich, if u re going to write about my positions at least get them correct, although NRO is HRC’s #1 enabler. https://t.co/G2F97ds6CS

{mosads}”But Sean Hannity of Fox News has a newfound soft spot for the accused rapist and scourge of America. A couple of years ago, Hannity tore into the Obama administration for not doing more to capture the WikiLeaks founder, and sympathized with the contention that Assange was the equivalent of a terrorist,” Lowry wrote. “Now, the host says he was ‘conflicted’ about Assange back then, and he had qualms about his work only because ‘I believe in privacy.’ “
In a barrage of tweets throughout the day on Saturday, Hannity defended his views on the WikiLeaks founder and accused the National Review of being an “enabler” for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.
Hannity often wrote that “NRO” is equal to “HRC.”
1- In 10 years Assange has not gotten any information wrong 2 He has done us a favor by exposing cyber vulnerability https://t.co/G2F97ds6CS

My last point Rich NRO’s daily sabotage of DT is aiding HRC. If she wins, YOU too own her Supreme Court appointments https://t.co/G2F97ds6CS
— Sean Hannity (@seanhannity) September 10, 2016
Who are you voting for Rich? You and your publication have tried to undermine DT every step of the way. #epicfail https://t.co/1VGdd1WYOx
— Sean Hannity (@seanhannity) September 10, 2016
Rich I don’t need lectures from U or @JonahNRO On how u justify helping HRC. NRO owns @HillaryClinton #pathetic https://t.co/2aucTNt3w9

I’m voting Trump who r u voting for? I have asked 3 times?? NRO=HRC OWN IT https://t.co/nPABC8aUqa

Lowry responded to Hannity, insisting he has not been “enabling” Clinton and has been “critical” of her for decades.
.@seanhannity this is silly: if trump loses to the equivalent of Walter Mondale/Michael Dukakis it’s his fault, not mine
— Rich Lowry (@RichLowry) September 10, 2016
.@seanhannity not for hillary and I’ve been excoriatingly critical of her for 20+ yrs
— Rich Lowry (@RichLowry) September 11, 2016
.@seanhannity 3) don’t think it make sense to twist conservative ideas and values to accommodate trump
— Rich Lowry (@RichLowry) September 11, 2016
.@seanhannity finally, the difference btwn us is that you, more or less, seem to consider something right and true bc trump says or does it
— Rich Lowry (@RichLowry) September 11, 2016
Earlier this week, Hannity clashed with National Review columnist Jonah Goldberg, who wrote that Hannity was a”puppy barking to protect” Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
