Sunday show preview: Trump, Clinton camps make final pitches

Top advisers to Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are slated to make their final pitches on the Sunday show circuit before Election Day.

Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus will appear on three programs Sunday on behalf of Donald Trump as the GOP presidential nominee works to stay on message two days before the election.

{mosads}Former Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) and Trump’s running mate Mike Pence are also slated to appear the morning after Trump’s campaign handled the candidate being rushed off stage by Secret Service during a rally in Nevada.

Both campaign managers will face off on CNN’s “State of the Union,” and Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta will make two appearances on behalf of the Democratic nominee. 

Clinton’s campaign making a final push with voters in several battleground states as the polls tighten in key states and as Republicans seem to be rallying behind their nominee.

The Sunday shows come as the two candidates criss cross the country in the final two days of campaigning, in key battlegrounds as well as in states like Minnesota and Michigan.

Here is the full Sunday morning lineup:

ABC’s “This Week”: Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta will talk about Clinton’s strategy int he campaign’s final stretch. Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus will make a final pitch for the Republican nominee as well as GOP candidates down ballot.

NBC’s “Meet the Press”: Podesta and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich will be on the show to talk about their candidates.

CBS’ “Face the Nation”: Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine will discuss the final days of the 2016 election cycle; Priebus will make the case for the Republican party.

CNN’s “State of the Union”: Robby Mook, Clinton campaign manager will face off against Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway, Trump campaign manager.

“Fox News Sunday”: Republican vice presidential nominee Mike Pence will talk about the final days of the Republican ticket’s campaign; Clinton adviser Joel Benenson.
