Clinton leads Trump by 4 points in Fox News poll

Hillary Clinton has a 4-point lead over Donald Trump, according to a Fox News poll released Monday.

{mosads}Clinton is favored by 48 percent of likely voters in the poll, while Trump is backed by 44 percent.

Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson has 3 percent supportm and Green Party nominee Jill Stein has the support of 2 percent of likely voters.

In a head-to-head matchup, Clinton, the Democratic nominee, maintains her 4-point lead over her Republican rival.

Pollsters found that Clinton leads Trump among women, 52 percent to 40 percent, and among black voters, 89 percent to 4 percent.

Trump, meanwhile, had an advantage among men, 48 percent to 43 percent, and among white voters, 54 percent to 37 percent.

Trump is also favored by veterans, 56 percent to 38 percent, but Clinton leads with first-time voters, 48 percent to 42 percent.

Clinton is backed by 91 percent of Democrats, and Trump has the support of 86 percent of Republicans. Clinton trails her Republican rival among independents, 42 percent to 36 percent.

The Fox News poll was conducted from Nov. 3 to 6 among 1,410 registered voters, including 1,295 likely voters. The margin of error among likely voters is 2.5 percentage points.

According to the RealClearPolitics average of polls, Clinton has a 2.9-point lead over her Republican rival, 45.1 percent to 42.2 percent.
