Hillary Clinton is 4 points ahead of Donald Trump nationally on the eve of the election, according to a new poll.
Clinton leads Trump 45 percent to 41 percent with likely voters in the Economist/YouGov survey released Monday.
{mosads}Libertarian presidential nominee Gary Johnson ranks a distant third at 5 percent, while Green Party presidential nominee Jill Stein nets 2 percent.
Three percent support another candidate before casting ballots this Tuesday, while 4 percent remain unsure.
Pollsters also found Clinton and Trump are both deeply unpopular with likely voters as the 2016 race winds down.
Forty-eight percent see Clinton “very” unfavorably, with 8 percent seeing her “somewhat” unfavorably as well.
Twenty-five percent have a “very” favorable opinion of the Democratic presidential nominee, while 18 percent are “somewhat” favorable about her and 1 percent have no opinion.
Trump’s favorability is even worse, with 51 percent having a “very” unfavorable take on the billionaire and 9 percent seeing him “somewhat” unfavorably.
Twenty-two percent consider the Republican presidential nominee “very” favorably instead, while 17 percent find him “somewhat” favorable.
Most voters in the poll said they Clinton will win the White House. Fifty-one percent said Clinton will win the election, while 27 percent chose Trump instead and 22 percent were uncertain.
Clinton leads Trump by about 3 points nationwide as Nov. 8 nears, according to the latest RealClearPolitics average of polls.
